1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions apply to the website [www.wellbeingenglish.com] ("the Website"), operated by Jonathan Morris (“we”, “us”, or “our”), a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. Our business address is Westbury House, Ryelands Road, Leominster, HR6 8NZ.

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our digital lesson plans & memberships. By accessing our site and purchasing products, you agree to abide by these terms.
 

2. Products & Purchases

  • We offer digital lesson plans that may be purchased individually. Each lesson plan includes downloadable files (such as PDFs) and is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. Upon purchase, access to the lesson materials will be granted immediately after your purchase.

  • All individual lesson plan sales are final and non-refundable.

  • ​We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason. Prices for all products are subject to change.

  • We offer recurring subscription plans that grant access to exclusive lesson plans, resources, and updates. Plans are billed every six months, or annually, depending on the option chosen. 

  • Lesson plans are for personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or distributed without written permission.
     

3. Payments & Pricing

  • Prices are listed in GBP and may change at any time.

  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe and PayPal.

  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Services. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. We may change prices at any time.

  • You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchase, and you authorise us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment.

  • By subscribing to a membership, you authorise recurring payments based on the billing cycle selected. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. Access remains active until the end of the current billing period. The length of your billing cycle will depend on the type of subscription plan you choose when you subscribed to the Services.

  • We may, from time to time. make changes to the subscription fee and will communicate any price changes to you in accordance with applicable law.
     

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable.

  • You may cancel a subscription at any time. You will not be charged further, but we do not offer refunds for unused time within a billing period.

  • If you experience an issue with a download or purchase, please contact info@wellbeingenglish.com for assistance.
     

5. Accuracy of Content

  • While we strive to provide accurate information and have proofreading processes in place, we do not guarantee that all content on our website, including but not limited to our lesson plan materials, will be free from grammatical, spelling, punctuation, or any other errors.

  • We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies promptly upon being notified.

  • We do not issue refunds or other forms of compensation for lesson plan materials or any other products accessed on our website that contain grammatical, spelling, punctuation, or any other kinds of errors.

  • By accessing our lesson plan materials, you agree to use them as provided, understanding that occasional errors may occur.

  • If you notice any errors in our lesson plan materials or content, please notify us. We appreciate your assistance in maintaining the quality and accuracy of our content.
